Rise and Shine Campers!! Welcome to Camp Alice Chester!!
Camp Alice Chester is a sleep-away camp where you can take a break from your busy and time-consuming lives and escape into the great outdoors!
At camp, you will all do some of the same activities, but each Camp we offer will have it's own unique set of themed activities as well! You'll be in a group with other campers and have your own counselor to guide you through your week at camp!
Camp will run from Sunday afternoon to Friday afternoon, so you will be spending 5 nights under the stars!

Pathfinder is a unit with A-frame platform tents that's tucked back into the woods.
This unit is special because it has (link:"flush toilets")[a tree fell on the pit toilets, so they made fancy new ones] and a (link:"boat graveyard")[a collection of old, abandoned boats of varrying types].
Be sure to always bring a buddy if you go exploring around these parts.

Trail Blazer is a unit with A-frame cabins. They have openings in the sides of the cabin to allow airflow, traingular window openings in and a front door
Your counselor's names are Maverick and Poppy. Frontier is a waterfront unit with A-frame platform tents.
Your counselor's names are Thread and Bigfoot.
Now that you've moved all your belongings into your unit and set up your bed, your counselors call you and the other campers down to the unit shelter to explain some [[ground rules]] and the [[general flow of the day]].
After the debrief, you grab your backpack - containing your sunscreen, waterbottle, and bugspray - and head to the lodge with your unit for first dinner at camp! Robin's Nest is a building unit, so lucky duck, you get AC! Usually we use this unit for younger children so there are only bunk beds.

This unit also is special because it has it's own indoor flush toilets, a shower, and a full kitchen!

Walden is a waterfront unit with cabins. These cabins have steps leading up to them, a front and back doors that close and lock, and screened windows that can be opened to allow more airflow.
